Who Can Apply?
Students are eligible to apply to REACH Memphis if they are
-
Enrolled in the 10th grade in a public high school in Shelby County, Tennessee, or the surrounding Memphis Metro Area.
-
Taking the highest-level courses offered in your school (Honors/AP/IB) with no semester grades lower than a C.

Maintaining a weighted GPA of 3.5 or higher with good conduct.

Participating in school and/or community volunteer activities.

Willing to commit to regular participation in REACH Memphis in preparation for the summer experience and for college admittance.

Responsible and willing to experience independence in different environments.
CAMP REACH

Camp REACH is a high-impact, week-long college readiness experience designed to give students a competitive edge—while making the journey engaging and energizing. Scholars from across Memphis and surrounding communities participate in high-energy workshops, interactive challenges, and team-based experiences focused on admissions strategy, personal statement development, academic planning, résumé building, interview skills, and navigating the college application process with confidence.
By the end of the week, students walk away with actionable college plans, strengthened leadership skills, meaningful peer connections, and a clear roadmap toward college acceptance and long-term career success.
This isn’t just a camp—it’s a fun, fast-paced launchpad for confident, prepared, college-bound leaders.
