REACH Up Now

REACH Up Now (RUN) was created to help our students prepare for success in college and beyond. Throughout their junior year in high school, students participate in extensive college prep sessions including ACT prep, researching colleges, writing college essays, taking part in mock interviews, and learning a number of key life skills. Then, as seniors, they put into action what they have learned as they work on their college applications, participate in college interviews, complete the FAFSA and apply for scholarships.

 

Through our scholar groups, students learn more about professions in which they have shown an interest. These sessions are facilitated by volunteers from various professions in the Memphis community who are eager to share their knowledge. Current Scholar Groups include Healthcare, Business, Law, Engineering, Communications, Service, Creative, and Leadership.
